Role Summary

We are seeking a focused professional to join our Shakopee, MN facility as an SMT Operator or Soldering Specialist. If you enjoy working with advanced electronics and excel in a high-speed production setting, this position provides a great opportunity to help manufacture top-tier electronic parts.

• Configure and run SMT equipment to assemble various electronic parts.
• Execute precise soldering techniques to ensure robust and reliable connections.
• Evaluate and verify finished goods to guarantee they align with our quality benchmarks.
• Keep machinery in good working order and resolve technical problems when they occur.
• Partner with colleagues to boost operational workflows and overall productivity.
• Record manufacturing tasks to keep our production logs precise and up to date.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all established safety guidelines.

• Completion of high school or a GED; a technical credential in electronics is beneficial.
• Prior background in soldering or SMT machine operation is advantageous.
• Demonstrate sharp attention to detail and the capacity to execute directions precisely.
• Understand electronic parts and the standard assembly workflow.
• Capability to function effectively both solo and within a collaborative group.
• Possess excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Show a proactive attitude toward mastering new technologies and evolving production methods.
