2nd Shift-Baker

Position Summary

Perform duties to mold and cure test balls, muni balls, pipeline cleaning balls, and other related raw products in an oven or press frame.

• Load balls into molds; pressurize molds as required; place molds into oven, bake.
• Remove and open molds, visually check for appearance‑adherence to specs. Follow work schedule – oral and written.
• Complete required maintenance reports and records.

• Required:
  
  One (1) year of related work experience.
• Demonstrated basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to read and understand digital, needlepoint, and other gauges.
• Problem‑solving skills.
• Decision‑making skills.
• Preferred:
  One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

$16.95 - $22.04 - $27.12 USD (offer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent.)
