Job Summary
Set-up and run mounting equipment, maintaining good quality, productivity, and work attitude.
Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 9:45pm - 6:15am (includes $1/hr shift differential)
Job Description- Set-up and run required jobs on mounting equipment, mount production pieces to specific substrates through the process of gluing and adhering two pieces of material together.
- Maintain standard of quality.
- Report any problems and/or discrepancies to the die cutting assistant/department manager.
- Keep the work area clean and orderly.
- Work overtime when needed.
- Report accurate time and quantities using the “ELF” systems.
- Perform other tasks as requested.
- Be responsible for maintaining glue inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)- High School diploma or equivalent/Technical or equivalent experience
- 1 year mounting experience on any material
- Ability to measure in fractions of inches up to and including 32nds.
- Ability to communicate/understand written as well as oral instructions.
- Ability to apply written instructions to machine set-up.
- Basic Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Reliability through attendance, punctuality, and attention to workstation.
- Supports a safe work environment.
- Knowledge of production materials.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to visually inspect all work for defects and distinguish colors.
- Frequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stooping.
- Manual dexterity for repetitive work.
- Frequent walking and standing.
