2nd Shift, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Typical starting pay $33.00/hr. – $35.00/hr., plus $2.25 shift differential.

Responsibilities- Produce parts made to print and process specifications.
- Responsible for own set‑ups, and for inspecting own parts.
- Follow safety rules, produce quality workmanship, and maintain good housekeeping in and around the work area.
- Complete all associated paperwork and record keeping as required.
- Operate power equipment such as lift trucks, standup lift trucks and other equipment involved in moving, locating parts, material, jigs, fixtures, dies and scrap tanks.
- Check lift trucks including brakes, wheels, steering, oil leaks, and other conditions related to safe operation.
- Identify and verify inventory and complete respective paperwork as necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Core skills training in basic shop math, measuring tools and blueprint reading or demonstrated equivalent knowledge is required.
- Knowledge in machine shop practices and the use of respective inspection instruments used in inspecting own parts.
- Completion of PMA Punch Press Operator training will be required upon entry or equivalent demonstrated knowledge.
- Employees in this position will be required to push, pull, lift, stack pallets, etc. Lifting up to 20 pounds on a frequent basis. Deals with heavy weights on a rare basis, normally during set‑up.
Continuous exposure to noise and oil. Oil can be both on the floor equipment and material or airborne. The position also places an employee in an environment which is extremely noisy, requiring the use of hearing protection and occasional exposure on an intermittent basis to cold when working on the loading dock, emptying scrap containers, etc. Hazards involve potential severe physical injury to self and others when operating this power equipment.
Other hazards include exposure to noise, slippery floors, etc.
