CNC Tube Fabricator, 3rd Shift

3rd Shift, 11:00 PM‑7:00 AM, Sunday‑Thursday.

Typical starting pay: $41.00/hr‑$44.00/hr, plus a $3.50 shift differential.

• Run CNC tube bending equipment.
• Properly utilize and operate material handling equipment.
• Operate auxiliary machines as assigned.
• Responsible for own set‑ups and inspection of parts produced.
• Produce parts to print and process specifications.
• Adhere to all safety rules, operator preventive maintenance, quality workmanship, and good housekeeping.
• Complete all associated paperwork and record keeping as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in tube fabrication/bending preferred.
• Experience using a variety of Windows software.
• Experience or demonstrated abilities in basic machining, laser cutting, and CNC turning.
• Core skills training in basic shop math, measuring tools, and blueprint reading or equivalent knowledge.

Physical demands range from light to very heavy. The position requires frequent lifting from 5 to 40 pounds, occasionally over 60 pounds. The employee may be exposed to above‑average noise, occasional smoke or fumes, and laser hazards. Safety rules must be understood and strictly adhered to. Typical hazards include cuts, pinched fingers, bruises, crushed hand or foot, and potential burns to eyes.
