Process Engineer

We are looking for a Process / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineer to support daily manufacturing and production activities. This role focuses on helping keep production running smoothly
, resolving process-related issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. It is well suited for engineers who enjoy being on the shop floor while also using basic data to understand and improve processes.

• Work with production teams to help improve workflow, efficiency, and line performance
• Assist with line balancing and workload adjustments
• Track basic production data and performance metrics
• Help analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
• Support process changes, improvements, and standard work updates
• Assist with training operators and technicians on updated processes
• Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams
• Help document process changes and improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Experience or strong interest in manufacturing or production environments
• Willingness to work hands‑on on the shop floor
• Basic experience with data tracking and simple analysis
• Familiarity with tools like Excel (Minitab or similar tools a plus but not required)
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
• Problem‑solving mindset and desire to improve processes
