Heads Up is a locally owned lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal company based in Shakopee, serving the southwest Twin Cities metro. We've been at it since 2020 and we're at 4.9 stars on Google. The crews do great work in the field. This role makes sure the neighbors who need us actually find us. You'll own our local marketing end to end: what we post, how we show up on Google, the emails we send, and the reviews that keep coming in.

This is a hands-on, one-person marketing role. You won't be handing work off to a big team. You'll do it.

• Run our social accounts. Plan a simple posting schedule, write the captions, and keep a steady flow of real photos going out through mowing season, fall cleanups, and snow.
• Own our Google Business Profile. Keep the info accurate, post updates and offers, load fresh job photos, and answer questions that come in through it.
• Generate reviews and respond to them. Build a repeatable way to ask happy customers for a Google review, and reply to the ones we get, good or not.
• Send our email campaigns. Seasonal reminders, service offers, and the occasional note to past customers so we stay on their radar.
• Make the content. Grab photos and short video at job sites (or coordinate with the crews to), do light editing, and write the words that go with it. Nothing fancy, just clear and honest.
• Keep an eye on what's working. Notice which posts and emails bring in calls, and do more of that.

• Some real marketing experience, whether that's a past job, running social for another local business, or a side project you can show us.
• You can write plainly and take a decent photo. You know your way around Instagram, Facebook, and a Google Business Profile.
• You're organized and you follow through. You can plan a month of posts and actually get them out the door.
• You're comfortable working mostly on your own and figuring things out, but you'll ask when you need to.
• Bonus if you know email tools, basic photo or video editing, or how local search works. Not required. We can teach the rest.

Full-time, based here in the southwest metro, with some flexibility once you're settled in and we trust your work. Pay is competitive and depends on your experience. We'll talk real numbers when we talk. You're paid weekly.
