Job Summary
Allina Health is seeking an outpatient psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner to join our team! In this role, you will practice at the forefront of behavioral health integration, delivering psychiatric expertise embedded within a primary care clinic setting. You will collaborate directly with medical providers and behavioral health clinicians to improve patient access and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide adult psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, medication management, and ongoing follow-up in a primary care clinic setting.
- Support early identification and management of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other common psychiatric conditions.
- Participate in the development of care pathways and quality improvement projects in integrated behavioral health.
- M-F schedule, hybrid remote/on-site at Shakopee Clinic.
- 8-hour day shifts.
- No weekend work.
- No current or expected call rotation.
- Master's degree – completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Experience working as a psychiatric mental health NP.
- Licensed Registered Nurse – MN Board of Nursing required upon hire.
- Certified Nurse Practitioner – ANCC certification within specialty required upon hire.
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner required.
- BLS Tier 2 – multisource required within 180 days.
- Drug Enforcement Administration required upon hire.
- Medium work: lifting weight up to 32 lbs occasionally, up to 25 lbs frequently.
Pay Range: $148,835 to $177,500 per year. The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
