Support the management team in achieving employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.;
Stand and move for most of your shift and operate restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill.;
Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant.;
Create a 'Customer first' attitude with your team and act as a leader and role model to train and grow staff.;
Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety and obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
