Provides comprehensive membership support by giving information on membership benefits, promoting the value of company products and services, processing membership upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals.

• Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, and handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
• Report unsafe situations to management.
• Fulfill member orders (Fax n Pull, Click n Pull) by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, and securing items until members arrive.
• Follow up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet member needs.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources, while collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity, using the Open Door Policy and implementing related action plans.
• Demonstrate respect for individuals, work collaboratively, build strong relationships, communicate with impact, energy and positivity, and help develop and mentor others.
• Act with integrity, support Walmart’s regenerative goals, and deliver results with a customer‑first focus.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
