2020 Companies is hiring a full‑time Brand Representative to represent Dell within retail stores. The Brand Representative (BA) will build relationships and brand awareness, promote Dell products, and assist in sales, training, and merchandising.

The ideal candidate is a people‑person who can cultivate relationships and create excitement about the Dell brand and products. Excellent communication skills and the ability to create thoughtful, positive interactions with store associates and prospective customers are essential.

Typical schedule:

Tuesday – Saturday. Schedule is flexible to support work/life balance. Key duties include refreshing product displays on a quarterly basis, leveraging relationships to aid in selling, training, and merchandising Dell products, and ensuring Dell’s retail brand standards are maintained through regular inspections.

• Weekly pay with next‑day pay on demand through Daily Pay
• Hourly rate of $18 plus annual incentive up to $4,000 paid quarterly

• Drive brand market share through direct and indirect sales activities with customers and retail channel partners.
• Build and nurture partnerships with store management and front‑line associates.
• Schedule and facilitate sales and product training for store staff.
• Ensure all current products are displayed, functional, and clean; execute resets and refreshes as needed.
• Set and maintain brand merchandising in retail locations and ensure all brand standards are followed.
• Collect and report consumer insights, competitor pricing, and promotional data.
• Travel within a 70‑mile radius of the assigned market and occasionally to other markets.
• Document and report sales, schedules, activities, and best practices accurately.
• Meet or exceed personal sales productivity goals and key metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of retail selling experience in consumer electronics or related technical products.
• Minimum 6 months of successful training experience, preferably in direct marketing/retail environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct consultative selling, overcome objections, and connect with customer needs.
• Strong analytical skills and customer‑service orientation.
• Strong multitasking, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment.
• Reliable transportation and required auto insurance coverage.
