Ensure food service execution in store to maximize sales and reduce waste;
Train and coach store associates on food execution, production, replenishment, ordering, organization, sanitization, and customer service;
Plan and execute food sampling for employees and customers;
Conduct and lead in-store training for store employees and operation teams on all new Food service programs;
Monitor food rotation using FIFO and ensure compliance with planograms and display standards
