Auto Zone’s Store Management team develops leaders and delivers WOW! customer service. The Manager in Training (MIT) is a transitional role designed to prepare you for promotion into Retail Store Management, with hands-on assignments and structured learning over 8-12 weeks.
Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs gain operational oversight, staff development, and training in P&L management, merchandising, and store performance. Promotion is performance-based and depends on availability.
