Member Representative – Auto Club Group

Full‑time, exempt or non‑exempt (hourly) Member Representative position based in a branch office. The role focuses on selling and supporting ACG products and services to members.

• Promote ACG products and services to members, both in person and over the phone.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting members in the branch.
• Sell memberships and raise awareness of member benefits.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Provide administrative support to the travel and insurance departments, including outbound calling.
• Participate in office events to help generate revenue and increase member awareness.
• Support other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer‑focused environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to take personal responsibility for resolving issues.
• Strong multi‑tasking and prioritization skills.
• Basic mathematical skills for monetary transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player who can meet customer service goals.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high‑volume environment.

Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM; rotating Saturdays 9AM – 1PM. 40 hours per week with a 1‑hour lunch break. 100% in‑office position.

The Member Representative position can lead to additional ACG roles in branch positions such as Field Insurance Sales Agent, Travel Agent, and other departments like call centers (ERS, sales, service), automotive services, claims, underwriting, etc.
