Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Sales Administrator, CRM System
Power Pusher®, a division of TC Nu-Star Inc., is looking for an organized, customer-focused professional to join our growing team.
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by keeping leads, quotes, orders, and customer communications moving efficiently from initial inquiry through delivery and post-sale follow-up. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do- Maintain customer, opportunity, quote, and activity records in Salesforce, Net Suite, and Smartsheet.
- Prepare quotes and proposals using approved pricing, freight estimates, and lead times.
- Qualify leads and coordinate follow-up activities.
- Review purchase orders and customer setup documents.
- Enter and track machine and parts orders.
- Coordinate with production and shipping teams to provide proactive customer updates.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with returns and service issues.
- Support distributor onboarding and prepare sales materials and documentation.
- Assist with internal projects and administrative support activities.
- Two or more years of experience in sales administration, customer service, order administration, or operations coordination.
- Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
- Net Suite experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet, Zoom Info, and Microsoft 365 is helpful.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with an anticipated pay range of $28.00–$35.00 per hour
