Senior Field Service Technician (Shakopee, MN)

Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of water purification equipment, utilizing a company service vehicle. Specific training will be provided. Candidates with a valid driver's license and prior technical, mechanical, or plumbing experience are especially encouraged to apply.

This position has general day‑shift hours with overtime opportunities and a compensated on‑call rotation with occasional afternoons and weekends.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–5 years technical experience (industrial or commercial process water experience preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to use smart devices
• Ability to work in a high customer‑facing position
• Ability to identify and remedy potential safety concerns
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Travel requirements: typically less than 15% for overnight stay.

The estimated salary range for this position starts at $28/hour – $32/hour; starting pay is dependent on multiple factors such as skills and experience.
