Senior Field Service Technician

Senior Field Service Technician – Shakopee, MN

• Install, service, and maintain water purification equipment at customer sites using a company service vehicle.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and follow safety procedures.
• Work day shift hours with opportunities for overtime; participate in a compensated on‑call rotation, including occasional afternoons, weekends, and overnight stays.
• Document service activities and update service records.
• Identify and address potential safety concerns.
• Attend additional duties as assigned.

• HS diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years technical experience preferred – industrial or commercial process water experience a plus
• Experience with Microsoft office, including the ability to utilize smart devices
• Ability to work in a high customer facing position
• Ability to identify and remedy potential safety concerns
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Travel typically less than 15% for overnight stays.

Estimated salary range starts at $28 - $32 per hour, depending on experience and skills; includes a competitive benefits package with medical, dental, vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
