As an Exterior Services Technician – DOT Operator, you will oversee landscape projects and maintain grounds year‑round through mowing, trimming, and pruning while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and high quality standards.

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Operate specialized equipment and vehicles to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Adhere to safety, security, and integrity protocols, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements at local, federal, and state levels.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines.
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license held for at least 3 years with a clean driving record.
• No DUI/DWI convictions or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
• No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents as defined by FMCSRs in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
• At least 2 years of experience in the landscaping/gardening industry.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Maintenance, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Experience in third‑party management.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software.
• Proficiency in speaking and understanding Spanish.
• Relevant state/local licensing where required.
• Ability to maintain a minimum of a 90‑day Medical Examiner’s Certification card.
