What You'll Do:

• Perform Flux Core MIG welding on structural steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Fabricate, fit, and weld large-scale bridge structures
• Operate fabrication equipment and overhead cranes
• Maintain quality workmanship while following safety standards

What We're Looking For:

• Structural steel welding experience
• Flux Core MIG welding experience
• Blueprint reading and fabrication skills
• Ability to pass 3F, 4F, and 3G weld tests
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various welding positions

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, MN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
