As a Software Engineer, you will work as part of the Development Team to design and develop applications for our clients.

• Plan, design, modify, develop and implement software programming applications
• Develop software requirements and specifications
• Work with clients to design and develop software for specific client applications
• Schedule and organize development, testing, and documentation plans.
• Write status reports and coordinate project resources
• Write code and complete programming; testing of systems and applications.
• Convert project specifications and procedures to detailed logical flow charts for coding into computer language
• Market IWS Partners services to existing and potential clients
• Providing high-quality solutions and deliverables within defined timelines

• Plan, design, modify, develop and implement software programming applications designs and architectures
• 3+ years of experience developing ASP.NET applications
• 3+ years of experience with SQL Server (or other relational database)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or industry experience
• Ability to apply object-oriented programming skills
• Thorough knowledge of internet technologies and Web site architecture
