CDL A Driver

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Regional / OTR CDL A Truck Driver to join our team based out of Winsted, MN.

Customizable home time! We work with you to set your schedule! (Out minimum of 5 days)

CLASS A CDL License REQUIRED

1 + Year Experience Strongly Preferred

This role involves operating a tractor-trailer across regional routes while ensuring on-time delivery, compliance with DOT regulations, and maintaining high safety standards.

• Competitive pay: $0.54 – $0.60 CPM / Up to $90,000+ /year

• Route:
  • Weekly Flatbed Loads from Minnesota to Florida and Texas
• Home Time:
  • Flexible – as requested/needed
  • We work with you to set your schedule!
  • Out a minimum of 5 days
• Mileage:
  • 2,000-3,000 miles/week
• Trucks:
  • Manual or Automatic trucks available
  • Primarily Freightliners
  • Inverters, Refrigerators, etc available in trucks
• Tarping
  • 60% no tarp loads or Conestoga, 40% tarping

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DVIR)
• Deliver freight on schedule while maintaining route efficiency
• Properly secure cargo to prevent damage or loss
• Accurately log and manage Hours of Service (HOS) using ELD systems
• Follow all DOT safety regulations and company policies
• Report mechanical or safety issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and overall condition of assigned equipment

• Valid CDL Class A License
• 1 + Year Experience Strongly Preferred
• Ability to operate a tractor-trailer safely
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS compliance
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to manage time and meet delivery schedules
