Hours:
8–10 hours per day
Shift Start:
Daily starting time of 4:15 PM
Shift End:
Standard finish time approximately 1:45–3:45 AM, with occasional overtime for operational demands
This position is in the Distribution area and is dedicated to ensuring overall inventory accuracy for Shipping & Distribution NA. The role ensures inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and maintains the availability of items needed by customers and patients.
Essential Functions- Provide work direction for team members relative to inventory accuracy
- Support inventory improvement programs
- Audit for inventory accuracy
- Present daily metrics to team at the daily tier meeting
- Communicate daily by email (pass down, rush emails, IT tickets, etc.)
- Support Warehouse Layout Planning
- Participate in special projects, including annual inventory audit planning and execution
- Read, write, and speak English
- Knowledge of inventory management best practices
Education
- High School Diploma/GED (required)
- Technical/bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Experience
- Inventory management experience
- Shipping/warehouse/distribution experience
- Experience with WMS
- Proficient with MS Office Excel
- Automated picking experience (picking and adjustments with scan‑based technology)
Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time. Able to lift 25 pounds independently and 50+ pounds with a team lift (standing, lifting, bending, reaching, etc.).
CompensationThe target hourly rate ranges from $21.00 to $25.50, plus an additional $1.50 shift differential for applicable shifts. A discretionary bonus may also be available.
