This role is in support of Cencora's veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through our MWI Animal Health business. MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, offering animal health services globally.

Shift Details:
Sunday 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday 11am - 7:30pm or Finish.

Pay Details: $ 21.50 with potential for up to $ 24.79 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Summary of Role:

Supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations activities to enable timely product movement, asset availability, and service continuity. Maintains operational records, transaction accuracy, and workflow adherence across transportation, storage, and shipment activities. Processes routine and moderately complex requirements within established guidelines to reduce disruption and sustain control of materials and vehicles. Addresses recurring operational exceptions and contributes to process enhancements that improve visibility and day-to-day effectiveness.

* Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.

* Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.

* Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.

* Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.

* Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.

* Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.

Education:

* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

* Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred

Work Experience:

* Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Skills and Knowledge:

* Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.

* Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.

* Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.

* Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.

* Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.

* Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.

* Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.

* Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.

* Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.

* Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.

* Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.

* Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.

* $34,000 - 62,370

* This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
