San Mar Corp. is seeking a DC Trainer to deliver classroom and on‑the‑job training for Distribution Center staff. You will develop and maintain training materials, schedule sessions with the distribution team, and ensure accurate trainee records.
In this role you will lead training on safety and daily processes, adapt to changing priorities, and support multiple warehouse tasks as needed. A High School Diploma and warehouse experience are required.
