Job Overview

Position Title:

Warehouse Support Specialist – MWI Animal Health (Cencora). This role supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations to enable timely product movement, asset availability, and service continuity.

Shift Details:
Sunday 8:00am – 4:30pm;
Monday – Thursday 11:00am – 7:30pm or finish. Pay: $21.50 with potential up to $24.79 based on shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

• Maintain operational records, transaction accuracy, and workflow adherence across transportation, storage, and shipment activities.
• Process routine and moderately complex requirements within established guidelines to reduce disruption and sustain material and vehicle control.
• Address recurring operational exceptions and contribute to process enhancements.
• Monitor temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Update warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identify on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and route them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinate material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepare packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalate non-standard handling or inventory issues for timely follow-up.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or related field.

• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
• Knowledge of temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices.
• Knowledge of shipment documentation, operational record‑keeping, and transaction processing.
• Knowledge of safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow established procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify exceptions for inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling.
• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across workflows while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials under defined handling requirements.

Full‑time Salary Range: $34,000 – $62,370 (national average). Ranges may vary by location; state‑specific adjustments may apply.
