Forklift Operator/Material Handler
Join our team supporting the medical device industry in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Material Handler / Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring materials, supplies, and customer orders are accurately moved, organized, and shipped to support healthcare and laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load, unload, and transport inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and follow quality procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, material handling, or forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good English communication and reading skills.
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented mindset.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
