Clinic RN
Providence Health and Services seeks a Clinic RN to provide comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory care setting, addressing patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the lifespan.
ResponsibilitiesThe Clinic RN will:
- Use the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct, telephonic/telehealth, or electronic encounters.
- Coordinate care by collaborating with other members of the health care team.
- Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support clinicians in delivering quality health care and reflect the organization's core values.
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Upon hire:
Texas Registered Nurse License. - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. - 18 months professional nursing experience.
- Upon hire:
Provider Pediatric Advanced Life Support – American Heart Association. - Upon hire:
Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support – American Heart Association.

CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $31.55 - $48.99 per hour. Additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
LocationCovenant Medical Group – Nashville Ave, Lubbock, TX 79363.
