RN – Administrative Nurse Supervisor Per Diem

Role Overview: Responsible for supervising nursing care delivery, ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and regulations. Supports department and hospital goals, manages patient flow, and assesses staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicates organizational vision and supports positive guest relations.
• Assists with staff orientation, education, and integration.
• Coordinates patient placement and prioritizes bed assignments.
• Supports policy development, implementation, and staff adherence.
• Assigns nursing personnel based on acuity and census, and supports staffing efficiency.
• Acts as a clinical resource, evaluating care quality and addressing patient and family concerns.
• Participates in incident follow-up and documentation, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Promotes evidence-based practice, innovation, and transformational leadership within a Magnet culture.
• Addresses employee grievances and collaborates with management for staff development.

Qualifications include enrollment in or graduation from a nursing degree program, with preferred Bachelor’s degree. Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills are essential. The role involves working in a clinical environment and adhering to organizational policies.
