About this positionCSO, Central Susquehanna Opportunities Inc., an innovative non-profit Community Action Agency, is dedicated to helping families, individuals and communities prosper. CSO has a full‑time opening for a case manager responsible for case coordination and management of individuals and families seeking assistance with basic needs such as rent, mortgage, utility assistance, transportation, and financial literacy in Northumberland County.
Responsibilities- Determine basic eligibility for services.
- Assess needs.
- Coordinate services.
- Provide immediate intervention to increase stability.
- Computer skills in Word and Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Valid PA driver’s license.
- Act 34, 151 and 114 clearances.
- Experience in case management.
$20.74 – $20.74 hourly wage.
