Overview
Office Assistant in Sharjah, UAE
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team and help ensure office operations run smoothly.
- Answer phones, file documents, prepare reports, schedule appointments, sort mail, and maintain records.
- Perform general clerical duties as required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willing to consider applicants who are immigrants.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100 AED per month.
