Responsibilities- Providing administrative support to the organization

- Answering calls
- Managing emails

- Other clerical duties
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimal work experience; office experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), interpersonal skills, and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Willingness to learn new tasks quickly and follow instructions carefully
