Showroom Host​/Receptionist

Gusto Furniture is seeking a warm, polished, and well-presented Showroom Host / Receptionist to be the face of our luxury showroom in Sharjah. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, has strong communication skills, and understands the importance of exceptional first impressions.

• Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
• Offer refreshments and create a pleasant showroom atmosphere
• Manage the appointment calendar and assist in scheduling client visits
• Answer phone calls, Whats App inquiries, and emails promptly
• Coordinate with the sales team to support client handovers and meetings
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the reception and waiting areas
• Ensure brochures, fabric samples, and catalogs are neatly displayed
• Record guest information and share leads with the sales team

• Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or showroom hosting preferred
• Presentable, well-spoken, and customer-oriented
• Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Confident with phone and digital communication tools (email, Whats App, etc.)
• Friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented
• UAE-based and available to work in Sharjah showroom
