Document Controller
We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Document Controller to manage and maintain company documents and records efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure proper documentation flow, secure storage, and easy retrieval while supporting overall office operations.
Responsibilities- Organize, manage, and update company documents (digital & physical).
- Ensure all documents are properly filed, labeled, and stored.
- Control distribution, tracking, and retrieval of documents.
- Prepare, review, and update forms, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain document logs, registers, and tracking sheets.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Coordinate with different departments to provide requested documents.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Previous experience as a Document Controller or in an administrative role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Must be currently inside the UAE and available to join immediately.
