Position: Graduate – Admin (Emirati National)

WSP is seeking a Graduate – Admin to support the Property and Building Specialist Services Business Unit in Sharjah by providing administrative and coordination assistance across key projects. This role is part of WSP’s commitment to developing Emirati talent and is exclusively open to UAE Nationals. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, and office staff to support smooth daily operations, accurate documentation, and effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document control.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare minutes, and manage calendars for the team.
  • Support the preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, records, and project documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
  • Help ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and organized office environment.
Qualifications
  • UAE National (with a valid Family Book).
  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation.
