About the Company:Ercon Middle East Industries FZE is a growing industrial company based in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah. We are committed to operational excellence and maintaining high standards in administration and compliance.
Position Summary:We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with documentation, basic data entry, and general administrative duties. Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for fresh candidates as well.
Key Responsibilities:- Scanning, organizing, and maintaining company documents
- Filing and managing physical and digital records
- Assisting with small bill entries and basic data entry
- Supporting the administration and accounts team
- Performing general clerical and office support tasks
- Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and take instructions
- Prior experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Must be willing to relocate to company-provided accommodation
- Starting salary: AED 2,000 per month
- Company-sponsored UAE visa
