Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory records, timely documentation, and smooth coordination with internal teams and suppliers. The role requires strong organizational skills, ERP knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, verify, and process GRNs, delivery notes, transfer documents, and operational reports
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory data in the ERP system
- Coordinate closely with showrooms, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support stock counts, reconciliations, and investigate variances
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record management
- Follow up on pending issues and handle daily warehouse administrative tasks
- Liaise with suppliers to follow up on documentation and stock-related matters
- Inventory accuracy and ERP data integrity
- Timely GRN posting and documentation closure
- Accuracy and error rate in ERP transactions
- Stock variance resolution turnaround time
- On-time coordination with showrooms and delivery teams
- Compliance with SOPs and reporting timelines
