Office Assistant - Indian National (No English Required)

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As an Indian National, you will not be required to have advanced English skills for this position. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with administrative tasks and support the smooth operation of our office.

• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Respond to emails and other correspondence
• File and maintain documents in physical and electronic form
• Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
• Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and budget tracking
• Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
• Keep track of employee attendance and leave records
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow

• Must be of Indian nationality with valid UAE residence visa sponsorship
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role preferred
• Familiarity with office management procedures
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi or any other Indian language
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
