Business Coach
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support and advice to our clients in order to help them achieve their business goals.
- Conduct coaching sessions with clients to understand their business needs and challenges
- Develop customized plans and strategies for clients based on their specific goals and objectives
- Provide guidance on various business aspects such as marketing, sales, operations, finance, etc.
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support and accountability
- Analyze client data and provide recommendations for improvement
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on relevant business topics
- Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Coach or similar role
- Strong knowledge of business principles and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Pakistani languages is an advantage)
