Sales Manager - Sharjah, UAE

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats or opportunities
• Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team to performance
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
• Build strong relationships with key clients to ensure long‑term satisfaction and retention
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products/services

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the UAE market (preferably in Sharjah)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• In‑depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (MBA preferred)
• Fluency in English is essential (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus commission based on performance. Candidates must have their own visa. Accommodation will not be provided. Freshers are welcome to apply.
