This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations and Business Development Manager located in Sharjah. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing strategic projects, and developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include analyzing operational performance, identifying improvement areas, managing business relationships, and ensuring that organizational goals are met. Additional tasks may include market research, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a high-performance work culture.

• Proven skills in business strategy, business development, and relationship building with a focus on achieving growth targets
• Operational expertise, including process improvement, resource management, and ensuring compliance with company standards
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
• Leadership and team management experience, including proficiency in collaboration and conflict resolution
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and data-driven insights
• Familiarity with the healthcare or medical services industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field
