Key Responsibilities
* Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all company assets.
* Support the tracking, monitoring, and reporting of asset performance and utilization.
* Participate in regular inventory checks and physical audits of assets across various sites.
* Aid in the implementation and adherence to asset management policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with different departments to ensure asset availability and integrity.
* Prepare basic reports on asset status, movements, and maintenance schedules.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
* Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data management.
* Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new asset management software and systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
