Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales strategy development, team leadership, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the sales department, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics effectively.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities to drive performance.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software tools for sales tracking.
