This is a full-time on-site role located in Sharjah for a Business Operations & Project Setup Manager (Arabic Only). The role involves overseeing operations, managing projects from inception to delivery, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include establishing project frameworks, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and streamlining processes for operational efficiency. The manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining effective communication channels with stakeholders.

• Strong Operations Management and Program Management skills to effectively plan, execute, and oversee projects
• Proficiency in Budgeting and resource allocation to ensure efficient and cost-effective project delivery
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data interpretation
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Fluency in Arabic is required for this role, along with a good command of English
• Proven experience in business operations and project setup is preferred
