Job Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key facility management companies and real estate developers to drive growth in the AMC for Fire & life safety business. The role focuses on identifying and securing new opportunities, expanding the company’s FM portfolio, and positioning the organization as a trusted provider of integrated Facility Management solutions across the UAE.
KeyAccountabilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the FM sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with real estate developers, key facility management companies, and Owner association with key decision-makers.
- Position the company as a preferred FM partner by presenting tailored integrated solutions.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve FLS AMC growth targets and expand market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, and finance) to prepare competitive proposals and solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify growth areas.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions to strengthen visibility and brand positioning.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and by aligning solutions with client needs.
- Track and manage FM project opportunities from prospecting through to contract award.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline, and progress reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 10 years of business development experience, with at least 5 years in the Facility Management industry.
- Proven track record of winning AMC with FM contracts and managing key client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of integrated FM services, operations, and industry standards.
