This is a full-time on-site role based in Sharjah for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee business development strategies, manage client relationships, and lead the sales team to meet and exceed targets. Responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, creating strategic sales plans, presenting solutions to clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of swimming pool and spa products.
The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs and ensure project success.
- Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in strategic planning, negotiation, and presenting business solutions
- Knowledge of swimming pool, spa, or similar products is highly advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in sales-related software and CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or a similar leadership role
