The Division Manager – Manufacturer & Product Onboarding leads the end-to-end process of onboarding new pharmaceutical manufacturers, Marketing Authorization Holders (MAHs), and their product portfolios into the company’s distribution network. The role ensures smooth integration of new partners and products by coordinating with Finance, Purchase, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sales, and IT teams, making sure all contractual, compliance, and operational requirements are met before launch.
Key Responsibilities 1. Manufacturer & MAH Onboarding- Lead evaluation and onboarding of new pharmaceutical manufacturers/MAHs in line with company strategy and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate due diligence, vendor qualification, and documentation (GMP, COPP, marketing authorizations, distribution agreements).
- Maintain clear communication with new partners throughout the onboarding and transition phases.
- Negotiate and finalize onboarding requirements with legal and regulatory teams.
- Oversee product listing, master data setup, and item code generation in ERP systems.
- Ensure all product dossiers, technical documents, and regulatory approvals are reviewed before product registration.
- Align product availability, pricing, and demand planning with Supply Chain and Finance teams.
- Ensure seamless integration of product information into commercial and logistics systems.
- Act as the main point of contact between internal teams (Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Sales) and external partners.
- Develop and implement standardized onboarding checklists, workflows, and timelines.
- Track and report onboarding progress, identifying bottlenecks and risks.
- Ensure all onboarding activities adhere to national/international pharmaceutical regulations and company SOPs.
- Support audits, vendor qualification reviews, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date records of partner credentials, licenses, and agreements.
- Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to streamline onboarding and partner integration.
- Monitor KPIs for onboarding timelines, partner satisfaction, and compliance.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards on onboarding status and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in onboarding new MAHs/manufacturers/products, regulatory affairs, vendor management, or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory documentation, product registration, and GxP compliance.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
