Role Overview:
The Manpower Outsourcing Business Manager is a pivotal role focused on accelerating business growth, streamlining outsourced workforce operations, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction. This position demands a strategic leader adept at balancing sales, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance to provide innovative and cost-effective workforce solutions.

  • Design and implement strategies to expand the client base and market share in manpower outsourcing.
  • Prospect, pitch, and onboard new clients by crafting customized workforce solutions aligned with their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and pricing structures to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships.

Operations & Workforce Optimization

  • Manage end-to-end processes for recruitment, deployment, and performance monitoring of outsourced staff.
  • Guarantee adherence to local labor laws, industry standards, and client-specific compliance requirements.
  • Deploy data-driven strategies to optimize workforce efficiency, productivity, and client ROI.
  • Achieve revenue targets through scalable manpower solutions while minimizing operational costs.
  • Analyze financial performance, adjust pricing models, and implement cost-control measures to enhance profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (recruitment, HR, operations) to deliver seamless service execution.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, results-oriented culture prioritizing client success and operational agility.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to workforce management, legal compliance, and contractual obligations.

Key Requirements:
Experience
:
Minimum 5 years in manpower outsourcing, staffing, or workforce management, with a proven track record in business development and operations.
Skills

Education
:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
