Job Responsibilities
- Work with all business / operations units in the bank to consult and understand / document their existing processes in a well-articulated process maps.
- Support in developing end-to-end journey documents, SLAs, Process flows across the bank for all the processes.
- Engage with all business / operations teams to create tracking systems for measuring turnaround times of the processes and comparing against the SLAs.
- Challenge existing practices and implement lean and efficient processes in the bank to build efficiencies and enhancement of customer net value.
- Support in the implementation activities across Business process re‑engineering projects.
- Access the compliance of the implemented processes and oversee the process for continuous improvement.
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience within banking transformation, operations or process improvement environments.
- Lean Six Sigma
- BPM / CBAP / PMP certifications are a plus
