Job Summary
Lead and manage the heavy truck service operations, ensuring excellent after-sales support, customer satisfaction, and smooth service processes.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Service Manager is responsible for the following, among others:
- Oversee the service team to deliver high-quality support to clients.
- Coordinate service schedules and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Monitor service performance and implement improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in heavy truck or commercial vehicle service management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical knowledge of heavy truck systems preferred.
