The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, expanding the company’s client portfolio, and driving revenue growth for the Engineering Consultancy. The role focuses on securing new projects, building relationships with developers, real estate companies, property owners, investors, and contractors across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for engineering consultancy services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, property management companies, investors, contractors, brokers, and asset owners.
  • Generate leads and secure consultancy projects for residential, commercial, mixed‑use, hospitality, and industrial developments.
  • Coordinate with developers and real estate stakeholders to understand project requirements and business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and potential clients.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and consultancy agreements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
  • Attend business meetings, networking events, real‑estate exhibitions, and industry conferences to promote company services.
  • Achieve monthly and annual business development and revenue targets set by management.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen company branding and market presence.
  • Monitor client requirements and provide tailored consultancy solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or client relations.
  • UAE experience in engineering consultancy, real estate, property development, construction, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong network within the UAE real estate and property development sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple business opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
